CW Resources is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our Day Program in West Hartford, CT. You will assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promoting independence and meaningful daily activities.
We provide all training. Responsibilities include personal care tasks, facilitating skills, and escorting participants on community outings, with driving duties using the company van and adherence to safety procedures. Real valid driver’s license required.
