Under the direction of the Beverage Manager, the Assistant Beverage Manager is responsible for the direct management of all beverage venues and personnel. This role requires supporting our customer service standards at all times and holding team members to the same standards.
Qualifications include an Associate Degree or higher, or equivalent work experience with similar responsibilities and business volume. A minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience in a high-volume beverage operation or similar role is required. Extensive knowledge of liquor, wine, and beer is essential. The position requires working during weekends, holidays, and peak periods, including any shift designated by the Food and Beverage department.
