As the District Manager, you are the key position in the day-to-day management of the overall operations of several facilities. The Account Managers report directly to you.
In addition to being a Company representative, the District each Manager represents the facility in their district. Although not a part of the direct patient care program. The District Manager contributes in a major way to preserving the quality of life every resident expects and deserves in the facility.
As the District Manager for Serene Health Services you fill the roles of a number of different people.
- As the person overseeing all facilities in your district
- Be well acquainted with the specifications of the job to be done
- Know the Administrators, inspect each department and always be inspection ready frequently
- See that all managers have everything needed to be successful and ready each day.
- Check in with all managers to ensure a productive day
- Hire the best managers you can.
2.As the Developer.
- Have a training and retraining program going at all times.
- Look to retrain
- Know how to do any worker’s job. You are the expert.
