Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Mill Operator who can run a variety of manual and CNC machines and help to enhance the productivity of our turbine engine overhaul business.
LocationColumbia, CT
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Perform proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories to be used on projects.
- Ensure that every machine procedure is done in accordance with the strict guidelines of the company.
- Follow all company safety protocol.
- Maintain tooling in good working order and perform required tooling maintenance.
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery per procedures.
- Understand the basics of shop tools and techniques including working with gauges, calipers and other inspection equipment.
- Be able to read blueprints and have good basic math skills.
- Have an understanding of the basics of Aerospace Overhaul (preferred not required).
- Be articulate and punctual.
- Motivated and willing to learn.
- Have good communication skills.
- Pass FAA mandated drug screening and adhere to the Company’s quality and safety standards.

Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma/GED required. (Associate degree preferred). A minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience using manual or CNC milling machinery.
