Owner & Headhunter | Manufacturing & Distribution Firm

We’re looking for a hands‑on Maintenance/Operations/Plant Manager to take the reins of our manufacturing facility. This is a critical leadership role where you’ll mentor a skilled maintenance team, own our facility’s mechanical and electrical systems, and play a key role in the long‑term reliability and efficiency of our operations. You must have hands on experience to be considered.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead day‑to‑day maintenance operations across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.
  • Be well versed mechanically/electrically with extrusion equipment, boilers, 3‑way valves
, robotic equipment and plant utilities.
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues — you won’t just manage the team, you’ll work alongside them.
  • Develop preventive maintenance plans and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with plant leadership to support production goals and future expansion.
  • Train and empower a strong maintenance crew to solve problems safely and efficiently.

What You Bring:

  • Experience with supervision/management
  • Deep understanding of electrical and mechanical systems — from motors and drives to control systems.
  • Hands‑on experience with extrusion
    , boilers
    , and complex piping/valve systems.
  • Proven ability to manage a team, set priorities, and build trust on the shop floor.
  • Strong communication and planning skills — you know how to keep projects on track and teams aligned.

Why This Role?

  • Lead a well‑established team with high standards and a commitment to safety.
  • Join a company that invests in its people, its equipment, and its future.

Think you’ve got the grit, the skills, and the leadership drive to run the show?
