We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic C to support operations by maintaining equipment, troubleshooting when problems arise, and repairing machines when broken down. They perform troubleshooting and repairs for all facets of modern automated equipment. This is a position where a candidate can continue to improve their skills and grow into more advanced roles.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems on automated equipment.
• Answer calls for maintenance quickly and fully prepared to make any repairs needed.
• Be visible and available on the plant floor to assist each other and other departments as needed.
• Complete preventative and predictive maintenance tasks, both while running and during scheduled shutdowns.
• Maintain a safe working environment in the maintenance shop and on the plant floor.
• Be food safety minded with attention to detail while working on equipment or near product.
• Provide and maintain your own hand tools (e.g., wrench sets, pliers, socket sets, hammers, punches).
• Work in a fast‑paced environment.

Prior experience in plant maintenance or general commercial mechanic experience.

A high school diploma or GED.

• Previous work in the food industry is a plus.
• Strong mechanical ability.
• Electrical troubleshooting ability.
• Strong understanding of basic tools.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to work on your feet for hours at a time, and in hot environments.
• Food manufacturing knowledge is a plus but not required.
