Some positions involve operating machinery or learning specialized manufacturing processes, while others focus on hands-on production and assembly.

• Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required for all positions
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks during the workday
• Some positions require heavy lifting and more physically demanding work

$16.94-$19.00 per hour. Pay varies by position, experience, and shift.
