Hand Assembler - 2nd & 3rd Shift Winsted, CT | $18/hour | Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Are you looking to get started in manufacturing or build on your hands-on experience? A growing manufacturer in the Winsted / Litchfield County area is hiring a Hand Assembler to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, or technical/vocational school training. Entry-level candidates with an interest in hands-on manufacturing are encouraged to apply!
As a Hand Assembler, you will work with components and follow instructions and specifications to produce quality products. Attention to detail and a willingness to learn are important in this role.
What We're Looking For- Manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, or technical school training
- Interest in hands-on assembly work
- Good attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow work instructions and processes
- Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
