We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our hospital-based care team. The ideal candidate will provide inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis, while collaborating with hospital teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Responsibilities- Deliver inpatient dialysis treatments such as hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis.
- Collaborate with hospital teams, physicians, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care.
- Monitor patient status and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Supervise and support Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) during dialysis sessions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Quickly adapt to changing patient conditions and unit needs.
- Inpatient dialysis experience (required).
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple patients in a hospital environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg units.
- CNN or CDN certification.
- Adaptability to rotating schedules and multiple hospital settings.
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- ADN required; BSN preferred.
- Prior dialysis experience (mandatory).
- CNN/CDN certification preferred.
- Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available).
