Wound Care RN Lead & Education Advocate

Manchester Memorial Hospital, Inc. in Connecticut seeks a Registered Nurse specialized in wound, ostomy and continence care to provide expert clinical guidance, education, consultation, and leadership across the organization.

You’ll coordinate care for patients with wounds, ostostomies, and related conditions and serve as a resource to staff, physicians, and management. The role requires a CT-licensed RN, BSN, and WOC/Enterostomal Therapy certification; MSN is preferred.
