Head of Quality Management

For AUSTRIA JUICE Hungay Kft. with location in Vásárosnamény, we are searching for a motivated personality to join our Quality Management Department as:

• Manage and lead our quality and laboratory team
• Manage, maintain and develop quality and food safety systems as well as standards (e.g. FSSC 22000, ISO 22000) at AUSTRIA JUICE Hungary
• Support our 4 production sites to maintain and improve our quality & food safety programs
• Coordinate the quality control of inbound raw materials and produced finished goods
• Organise effective and sustainable step controls in production
• Develop gap assessments for new standard requirements (e.g. ISO, FSSC)
• Develop organise and maintain the hygiene system of the factories
• Steer laboratory analysis
• Conduct quality, food safety and customer audits
• Review and report Quality and Food Safety Performance and Trends
• Steer clarification of customer related quality issues and complaints with production and sales

• University degree in Food Science, Food Technology or Agricultural or Chemistry (M.Sc. is an advantage)
• 5 years professional experience of quality control, preferably in food industry or food processing
• Deep knowledge of quality tools and methods
• Practical experience in managing projects and programs
• User level of computer knowledge, SAP knowledge
• Business fluent in Hungarian and English
