NDT Level 2 Inspector
Loos & Co., Inc. seeks a skilled and detail-oriented NDT Level 2 Inspector specializing in Penetrant (PT) testing for aerospace parts. As an NDT Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of components by conducting non‑destructive testing per industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and clean parts for testing in preparation for inspections
- Set up, calibrate, and maintain NDT equipment
- Conduct penetrant inspections
- Perform non‑destructive testing (NDT) operations according to industry standards and internal procedures
- Accurately document and report findings, including test results and inspections
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- NAS 410 NDT Level 2 certification in Penetrant (PT) inspection
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect and evaluate minute defects
- Exceptional analytical skills and critical thinking
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Aerospace industry experience is a plus, but not required
