Location: East Windsor Hill
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate external in vivo PK, PD, and PK/PD studies at CROs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and CROs on study design, dose selection, sampling strategy, endpoints, and bioanalytical requirements.
- Review CRO proposals, protocols, data packages, and reports.
- Align internal teams and CRO partners on scientific objectives, deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
- Identify scientific risks and knowledge gaps and recommend practical solutions.
- Manage multiple drug discovery programs and competing priorities.
- Track requests, workflows, operations, logistics, and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with external PK workflows and applicable SOPs.
- Maintain clear documentation and elevate scientific, quality, or timeline risks.
- Work independently and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

Experience:
- Bachelor's:
Relevant scientific discipline + 10+ years industry experience - Master's:
Relevant scientific discipline + 5+ years industry experience - PhD:
Relevant scientific discipline + 1-3+ years industry experience - Demonstrated expertise in in vivo PK, PD, PK/PD, and preclinical drug discovery.
- Experience working with CROs and/or academia-industry partnerships.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, changing priorities, and multiple assignments.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
