, as a member of our Cookie Crew, you'll be the ultimate Insomniac. You'll serve as the front-line representative, engaging with customers, and you'll also get to bake our delicious cookies!

• Greet guests promptly and take their orders according to procedure
• Assist customers with menu items, answer questions, and confirm orders for accuracy
• Provide a warm, friendly experience in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve with ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery

• Customer service experience preferred
• Personable, genuine, and outgoing personality
• Ambitious and motivated
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 or older
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States
