Rollers - Host

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a welcoming smile and providing fast, friendly service
• Assigning and escorting guests to their tables
• Monitoring guest consumption of alcohol and intervening when needed according to company guidelines
• Promoting Big Night Entertainment Group in a positive and professional manner
• Working well with others including hosts, servers, bartenders, support staff, and management
• Remembering guests’ names and using them appropriately
• Building guest loyalty
• Maintaining a clean and stocked work area
• Other duties as assigned

• At least 1 year of previous hosting experience in a fast‑paced bar/restaurant
• A neat and professional appearance
• Ability to communicate effectively and accurately with customers, the public, and co‑workers
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork with other staff members
• Must have a friendly and welcoming demeanor, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills

• May be required to lift or move up to 30 lbs using proper lifting techniques and withstand long hours on your feet in a fast‑paced, high energy environment
• Non‑typical office hours will be customary including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability requested
