• Collaborate effectively within a team while also working independently
• Maintain all necessary state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as needed

• Bilingual Spanish‑English skillset required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with comfort in negotiating and overcoming objections
• Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking is highly preferred
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail in a distraction‑free work environment

• Inbound sales experience is a plus
• Previous experience in a metric‑driven, pay‑for‑performance sales organization
