Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is looking for a Security Officer to serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. This unarmed patrol officer will deter security-related incidents by actively monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment.

• Pay: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or security license is preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screen per applicable law.
• Consideration of applicants with criminal histories per applicable laws.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws; valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
