Job Overview

Advantage Truck Group (ATG) – the largest DTNA dealer group in New England – is hiring experienced diesel technicians for first and second shifts.

Pay & Benefits

$10,000 starting bonus ($5,000 with first paycheck, $5,000 at 90 days)
$22 – $46 per hour (based on experience)
Monthly performance bonuses
Overtime at time and a half
Annual Tool & Safety Shoe Allowance

Work Schedules

First Shift: 8‑hour (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
Second

Shift: Flexible schedules + $5 shift differential
- Four 10‑hour shifts (2:00 PM – 12:30 AM)
- Five 8‑hour shifts (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)

Qualifications

At least 2 years of diesel technician experience
Current, valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work in physically demanding positions (bending, kneeling, standing for long periods)
Technical/trade school certificate, dealership expérience, CDL, or DOT health card is a plus
