Campers Inn RV is looking for an Entry Level RV Technician to join our team! We provide free basic tools to keep after 12 months of employment. No experience necessary. In‑house technician training will give you valuable on‑the‑job skills right away. This role assists in the diagnosis, inspection, adjustments, and repairs for recreational vehicles including travel trailers.
- $1500 Sign‑On Bonus

- This is a safety‑sensitive position.
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, battery checks, and equipment lubrication.
- Assist in inspecting and testing for defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
- Inspect and verify dimensions and clearances of parts to fit the unit.
- Assist in repairing and maintaining plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC components.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required. - Experience: No experience necessary.
- Abilities:
- Effective communication.
- Read, analyze, and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Use hand and power tools.
- Comply with OSHA regulations regarding protective clothing and equipment.
- Safely use solvents and other chemicals.
- Move RVs of various sizes and perform physical tasks such as lifting, pulling, and pushing.
- Stand for long periods of time and reach above shoulders, lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
