Advanced Electrician

Principle Responsibilities
Maintain and repair complex electronic equipment and components, including circuit boards, networks, and safety systems.
Plan, install, and repair wiring, fixtures, and control equipment, following strict safety procedures and electrical codes.
Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems using test equipment and hand tools.
Lead or participate in performance reviews and Lean events to identify maintenance improvements.
Provide production, process, and plant engineering advanced systems expertise.

Basic Skill Requirements
High School or Trade School Diploma.
3 – 8 years of experience working in an electrical/electronics capacity.
Current status of Connecticut electrician’s license.

Preferred Skill Requirements
Professional certifications, military background, and an AS degree in the electrical or electronic field.

Experience of 5 to 10 years in an electrical/electronics position.
Experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
E1/E2 CT electrical license and five years of experience in PLC programming.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $31.73–$47.60.
