Are you a detail-oriented problem‑solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our WMS (Warehouse Management System) team. In this role you will process merchandise, manage inventory, and help ensure a smooth flow of goods within our distribution center.

Job Type: Full-time, Interview Required
Rate of Pay: $18.75/Hr.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (overtime may be required during peak seasons)

• Inventory and Return Processing:
  Process in-house damages and manage product returns to vendors, including pulling, packing, and loading products for shipment.
• System and Data Management:
  Enter new product information into the WMS, perform new product set‑up functions, and verify data accuracy after host download or manual entry.
• Equipment Operation:
  Safely operate a variety of warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, TCMs, cherry pickers, turret trucks, and reach trucks; must be comfortable working at heights up to 35 feet.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work with fellow associates and communicate with corporate product managers and inventory analysts.
• General Support:
  Print location labels, perform filing and record‑keeping tasks, and assist with general department duties as needed.

• Technical Proficiency:
  Strong computer skills, including experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and WMS software (JDA, Dallas‑EXE).
• Problem‑Solving:
  Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to Detail:
  Above‑average math and counting skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.
• Safety and Operations:
  Certification in material handling equipment required; must lift up to 75 lbs and work in a high‑stress environment.
• Communication:
  Good listening, oral, and written communication skills.
• Work Ethic:
  Excellent attendance record, willingness to work additional hours and flex schedule as business needs require.

The warehouse temperature can vary from up to 110 °F in summer to 10 °F in winter. Personal protective equipment such as a safety vest or harness may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
