The

We take pride in maintaining a team of professionals dedicated to excellence, and we are currently seeking a meticulous and hardworking Detailer to join our CDJR of Connellsville location.

As a Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing vehicles for display, delivery, and customer pickup. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for maintaining vehicles at the highest standard of presentation.

• Thoroughly clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and waxing.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet
  
  C. Harper Auto Group’s quality standards before returning them to customers or the sales/service departments.
• Apply protective finishes to vehicles’ exteriors and interiors to maintain showroom quality.
• Perform minor cosmetic repairs such as touch-up painting or buffing as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the detailing area, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
• Assist with vehicle flow management to meet department deadlines for service and sales.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

• Experience
  :
  Previous experience in automotive detailing is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Attention to Detail
  : A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring vehicles are spotless and meet the dealership's high standards.
• Organizational Skills
  :
  Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
• Physical Requirements
  :
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work on your feet for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring physical stamina.
• Driver’s License
  :
  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
