Key Responsibilities:

As a Service Advisor at

C. Harper CDJR of Connellsville, you will be the bridge between our customers and our service department, ensuring that each customer receives top-notch service from start to finish.

  • Customer Interaction: Meet with customers to understand their vehicle service and repair needs, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Build strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the quality control process for each vehicle, ensuring that repairs and services meet the highest standards of excellence.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates on the progress of their vehicle’s service and addressing any questions they may have.
  • Sales & Promotions: Maximize sales opportunities by promoting additional services and retail promotions, contributing to increased profitability.
  • Technician Oversight: Supervise technicians, ensuring efficient time management, accurate parts ordering, and timely job completion.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures to enhance service efficiency and consistency.
  • Professional Image: Uphold the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, and customer service.
Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Driver’s License: A valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Accredited Training: Completion of accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, with a deep understanding of automotive service processes and customer service excellence.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, with strong communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in the use of computers and business machines, with the ability to multitask and manage interruptions effectively.
