Description
This position is ideal for a professional with an interest in working directly with clients, solving problems, and helping businesses thrive through building strong relationships and proactive account management.
In this role, you will contact existing customers and visit their sites. The goal is to ensure the clients' office technology needs are met, their contracts are up to date, and the overall experience with Ford Office Technologies is exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, maintaining strong, ongoing relationships.
- Conduct regular on-site visits and team meetings/calls to check in on performance, address issues, discuss new service options, and manage expectations.
- Monitor contract status and renewals; ensure customers are informed and prepared for any upcoming changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and service notes.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable with local travel (customer-facing).
- Experience in an IT-related role is a plus (technical knowledge).
Work Environment
- Approximately 50% of the time spent on-site with customers.
- 50% of the time spent in the office (Connellsville or Pittsburgh).
