• Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including loaders, for aggregate production.
• Load material efficiently and safely into haul trucks or crushers.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols in a dynamic quarry environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.

• Proficient in operating heavy machinery with a strong focus on safety.
• Capable of working independently and within a team setting.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Successful candidate must submit to a post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA‑regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $24.76 per hour.
