** What You'll Be Doing
*** Safely handle, load, and detonate explosives for quarry operations
* Inspect blast areas and ensure compliance with safety regulations
* Calculate and prepare blast patterns for optimal material fragmentation
* Operate and maintain blasting equipment and related tools
* Collaborate with team members to coordinate blasting schedules
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow strict safety protocols
* Strong understanding of blasting techniques and quarry operations
* Capability to read and interpret technical plans and measurements
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
** What We Offer*** $27.20 per hour
