** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including loaders, for aggregate production.
* Load material efficiently and safely into haul trucks or crushers.
* Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
* Ensure adherence to safety protocols in a dynamic quarry environment.
* Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Proficient in operating heavy machinery with a strong focus on safety.
* Capable of working independently and within a team setting.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA-regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
