** What You'll Be Doing
*** Oversee daily weighing operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
* Provide guidance and support to weigh master staff, fostering a high-performing team environment.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for inbound and outbound materials.
* Collaborate with plant leadership to optimize customer flow and operational processes.
* Troubleshoot scale issues and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.##

** Work Environment
** This role works in an aggregate plant environment involving regular interaction with drivers, equipment, and production areas. The position requires extended periods at a workstation along with routine movement throughout the facility. Safety procedures and personal protective equipment are essential elements of daily work.##
