** What You'll Be Doing
*** Assist with plant operations and material handling
* Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks
* Monitor equipment and report issues promptly
* Support production team to ensure efficient workflow
* Follow all safety procedures and company policies
** What Are We Looking For
*** Ability to work safely around heavy equipment and machinery
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Capability to perform physical tasks in varying conditions
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
* Dependable and adaptable to changing priorities
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
** What We Offer*** $26.70 per hour plus and additional $0.50 per hour for 2nd shift work
