Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure timely and correct fulfillment. Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments; verify product quantities and accuracy. Maintain organized inventory, clean work areas, and adhere to safety standards in the warehouse. Perform local deliveries using company vehicles, ensuring timely, safe, and professional service. Represent Gallaway Safety & Supply and The Huston Group in a professional manner during customer interactions.

Support warehouse operations including receiving, restocking, cycle counting, and inventory control. Report any shipment discrepancies, product damages, or delivery issues promptly. Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and operations team to ensure efficient workflows and high customer satisfaction. Follow all company safety, quality, and operational policies.

Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required. Must be able to pass a background check. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Professional communication and customer service skills, especially during deliveries. Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials as required.

Forklift experience preferred (training provided if needed).Why Join Us:
