Day Shift. 12 hours weekly. 5:00a-5:00p.

Connersville Location.

Supervises, manages and coordinates activities of nursing personnel on evening, night, and weekend shifts to maintain continuity of care 24 hours a day, seven days a week in the absence of the Unit Directors / Directors. Supervises and directs patient admissions, discharges and transfers on off shifts for appropriate placement of patients according to acuity level, skill mix required, census and staffing levels.

Assumes administrative responsibility for the hospital in the absence of an administrative team member by coordinating hospital services and decision making in areas that impact nursing services. Collaborates in developing and attaining nursing leadership goals. Assumes other duties as needed by the organization.
