We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Account Representative to join the Rent‑A‑Center team.

Minimum starting hourly rate: $13.01 – $15.30 per hour.

• Paid Time Off and Sunday Off – We are closed on Sundays.

• Customer Service:
  Provide friendly, top‑notch experiences through “white glove” service in stores and at customer homes; obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
• Deliveries & Pickups:
  Safely and compliantly load/unload and install products, following handling and transportation procedures; keep vehicles clean and properly maintained.
• Merchandising:
  Keep an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness; refurbish merchandise to like‑new condition; keep showroom dusted, vacuumed, and organized.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record (you will drive company vehicles).
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Work requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, frequent lifting and moving of heavy items. Must adhere to all company safety guidelines. Regularly required to talk and hear.

This full‑time position runs Monday through Saturday with store open‑to‑close hours;
Sundays off plus one other weekday off. Schedules may change throughout the year based on management and business needs.
