Temporary HR Assistant

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Full-Time, Temporary (Through December 2026)

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (30-minute lunch) or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Pro Staffing is seeking a professional, organized, and tech-savvy Bilingual HR Assistant to support daily Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent computer proficiency, and the ability to assist employees in both English and Spanish.

• Assist with candidate screening and interview scheduling.
• Greet and assist employees, applicants, and walk-in visitors.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department.
• Assist employees with ADP, benefits enrollment, and other HR-related applications.
• Respond to employee questions and provide general HR support.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with daily office operations.

• Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate various software applications.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain confidentiality.
• Previous HR, recruiting, or administrative experience is preferred.
