The Repair Technician will provide customer service and technical support for tooling products by performing the following duties:

• Perform tooling repairs, upgrade, and recommend corrective actions.
• Inspect, release, and calibrate tools for quality assurance.
• Communicate with team members to ensure effective service and provide technical support to customers.
• Troubleshoot, analyze performance issues.
• Recommend design or process improvements to address recurring technical issues.
• Support other departments as needed.

• High school diploma (or equivalent); vocational/technical school training preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in automotive or machine tool repair (i.e. CNC machines); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to read and understand mechanical blueprints and/or drawings.
• Must have quality control inspection experience on repairs.
• Must have experience with power tools, hand tools, and precision measuring tools such as dial indicator, depth gauge, calipers, and torque wrench.
• Must possess strong communication, math, and computer skills.
• Travel up to 10% of the time, sometimes internationally.
