• Manually loads a variety of materials into various recycling machines to meet established goals utilizing forklift, pallet jack, hand tools, and power tools into empty storage bins and boxes.
• Maintain a consistent feed of material into the machine.
• Assist the Recycling operator when necessary.
• Complete necessary paperwork throughout the shift (Production Data, Whiteboard, PM Log, etc.).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, assisting with machine cleaning and operator PMs.
• Inspect the quality of incoming materials at the machine and notify lead/supervisor of any non-conformities.
• Follow the process for verification of raw materials and identify different types of scrap.
• Properly label finished goods and stage material accordingly with forklift or pallet jack.
• Attend and participate in meetings at shift change, and month‑end inventories when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Night Shift Position. 2‑2‑3 rotating 12‑hour shifts (36 hours one week, 48 hours the next week, every other weekend). Work required on most holidays.

• Must be able to stand, stoop, reach, grasp, sit or stand for long periods of time and lift up to a maximum of 50 lbs. safely.
• Noise level in materials area can be loud and requires hearing protection.
• Must be willing and able to abide by all safety policies including LOTO.
• Adherence to GMPs, SOPs, and 6S requirements.

• Attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Have a general understanding of work areas:
  Extrusion, Granulation, and Compounding.
• Ability to perform basic math skills.
• Extrusion, shredding, grinding background a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal communications.
• Effective and efficient time management, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Obtain forklift license through Axjo training program to perform jobs as required.
• Ability to use basic hand/power tools following safety guidelines.
