General Laborer- Night Crew

4-Day Workweek | Monday–Thursday

We’re looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join a growing manufacturing team in Conover, NC! If you enjoy hands-on work, have experience in the metalworking industry, and want an opportunity to grow your skills, this could be the perfect fit!

• $18/HR starting pay!
• 4-day workweek once you transition to night shift!
• 3-day weekends with optional Friday overtime as needed!

• Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM
• Optional Friday overtime as needed

• Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Must be available to train on days before transitioning to nights.

Breaks:
Two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch.

• Working hands-on with metal materials and manufacturing equipment.
• Assisting with CNC, welding, and fabrication operations.
• Using hand and power tools to support production.
• Inspecting materials and finished products for quality.
• Helping keep production running safely and efficiently.

• Experience in CNC, welding, OR metal fabrication is REQUIRED!
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work both the training and night shift schedules.
• Steel-toe shoes are required.
