Welder / MIG/MAG/TIG, Fabrication, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Pay: $21-$26/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Join a growing manufacturing team that specializes in custom metal fabrication and welded products. We're looking for experienced welders who enjoy hands‑on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and can work from blueprints to finished product.
What You'll Do:- Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
- Lay out, fit, cut, measure, and fabricate metal parts
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
- Operate hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, forklifts, and overhead cranes
- Complete repairs and modifications as needed
- Prepare metal surfaces for finishing and painting processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Previous welding and fabrication experience
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong measuring, math, and mechanical skills
- Experience using fabrication tools and welding equipment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus
