Envolve Client Services Group owns and professionally manages apartment communities in select markets across the southeastern United States. Success is measured by residents’ satisfaction in making their apartment homes and community a great place to be.

• Prepare an apartment for move‑in after the previous resident vacated it.
• Removal of trash and all items left by the previous resident.
• Repair and prepare walls, doors, wood trim, closets, and cabinets for painting.
• Repair any glass items such as windows, medicine cabinets, light globes, mirrors, etc.
• Ensure proper operation of stove, vent‑hood, garbage disposal, refrigerator, dishwasher, water heater, HVAC, washer and dryer and other appliances.
• Repair minor problems and report major problems to management for repair prior to move‑in (e.g., major HVAC repairs, large sheet rock repairs).
• Ensure all window blinds and/or curtains function properly.
• Ensure all door latches operate properly and have the proper carpet clearance.
• Install weather stripping around doors and windows where required.
• Repair bathroom floor and wall tile when required.
• Re‑key master locks and make keys available for leasing before move‑in.
• Repair all leaking faucets, water‑pressure lines, and drain‑line leaks.
• Help create and maintain a company direction designed to develop loyalty, team spirit, and unity of all personnel.
• Other duties as assigned, within employee capability.

Must be able to work well with others as a team and take direction from a supervisor while having the initiative to work independently. Basic reading and writing skills required. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical. Some plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, and appliance repair knowledge preferred. Previous multi‑family experience requested. Weekend duties may be required.

$22.00 per hour.
