Maintenance Technician Job Opening
We're hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair production machinery
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
- Work with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Troubleshoot PLCs using a laptop
- Replace worn or damaged equipment parts
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Perform welding and fabrication as needed
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- PLC troubleshooting experience
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
- Ability to use a volt meter
- Welding/fabrication experience is a plus
Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts 7AM-7PM
- 2-2-3 rotation
- Training provided on day shift, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Conover, NC.
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
