Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger (GL) accounts; ensure accurate accruals and compliance with GAAP.
• Partner with AP/AR teams to ensure accurate financial records.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and financial reporting.
• Reconcile income between operational and accounting systems.
• Assist with audits, tax schedules, and job accounting KPIs.
• Investigate unusual entries and support system/process improvements.
• Provide financial support to business units, including Shipping & Logistics.
• Collaborate with Billing, AP, and AR teams to maintain policy and KPI compliance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of senior accountant or lead experience
