Job Description
PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The Part-Time Specialist III supports the Dual Credit Program. Maintains queries, assists students with enrollment paperwork, assists with student enrollment, assists with the preparation and execution of Dual Credit events, assists with basic organization, provides front desk coverage (when needed) and provides general information on the Dual Credit program to students, parents, staff and ISD contacts.
Essential Job Functions
- Maintains queries and reports concerning Exceptional Admit (S09) Dual Credit Students.
- Assists Students and Parents with the completion of Dual Credit enrollment paperwork
- Accepts completed enrollment documents from students and ensures they are logged and properly filed
- Assists Dual Credit Manager and Coordinator I with the enrollment of Dual Credit Students
- Assists with the preparation and execution of Dual Credit events
- Provides front desk coverage for the Student Success Suite, as needed
- Accepts and answers general questions regarding Dual Credit from Students and Parents
- Accompanies Dual Credit Manager to Off-Campus Enrollment Events at local high schools
- Provides general organizational support for the Dual Credit Manager and Coordinator
- Responsible for other related duties as assigned

- Must have excellent written, computer, and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Ability to use software products, such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work on multiple projects
Physical Abilities
The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee sits comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items, such as papers, books, or small parts; or driving an automobile. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
Work Schedule And Conditions
- Equipment used includes, PC workstation running on a LAN in a Microsoft Windows environment, calculator, phone and other general office equipment
- Interface with internal and external contacts as needed to carry out the functions of the position
- Work is performed in a climate-controlled office with minimal exposure to safety hazards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
Salary
Hourly Pay Rate is $15.60
