We are seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in The Woodlands. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers competitive pay and the potential for permanent placement with the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Support office management tasks and maintain a professional work environment
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree or higher education preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to work independently
