We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 208‑unit apartment community in Conroe! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. • At least two years of Assistant Community Manager experience
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs
• Must be able to work one Saturday per month with an alternative day off during the week
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• CRM is a plus.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm;
Sat 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
