RELYANT Global, LLC is currently seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager with expertise in Airfield Construction for a project in Conroe, TX. The Construction Quality Control Manager is responsible for managing the daily QC responsibilities of specific projects to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the established standards. The role includes direct oversight and review of the entire project from design to completion.

The CQCM will work closely with project managers, construction superintendents, and other key personnel.

• Participate in Post Award Kick-off, Partnering, Preconstruction, Design Development, and Coordination meetings.
• Implement the "Three Phase of Control" plan for each DFOW.
• Ensure construction begins only after design finalization and approval of submittals.
• Inspect all work for compliance, maintain a rework log, and immediately stop non-compliant work.
• Prepare daily QC reports and ensure Contractor Production Reports are completed daily.
• Hold weekly QC meetings with key project personnel.
• Review and approve design and construction submittals prior to work proceeding.
• Maintain submittal registers, update As-built drawings daily, and keep testing logs.
• Certify invoice payments, perform punch-out, and participate in Final Acceptance Inspections.
• Ensure all manuals, warranties, and as-built drawings are complete and submitted.
• Coordinate testing and inspections, notify of plan changes, and retain copies of submittals.
• Update the Performance Assessment Plan and coordinate training for maintenance personnel.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management and 2 years QCM experience on USACE, NAVFAC, DoE, or DoD projects, or 5 years' experience as QCM.
• 5 years (60 months) airfield construction experience.
• Complete the "Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors" course and maintain certification.
• Familiarity with USACE EM 385-1-1, AHA, APP, safety compliance, and FAR/DFAR requirements.
• Must pass a Federal Background Check.
