About the RoleWe’re looking for a driven, highly organized Creative Producer to lead the vision, development, and execution of content across the BRAVE+ platform. This role owns both original content production and third‑party content acquisition, ensuring BRAVE+ delivers high‑quality, mission‑aligned programming that families can trust. The Creative Producer blends creative leadership, operational excellence, and strategic decision‑making to grow the platform’s impact, engagement, and subscriber loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Create, pitch, and develop original programming concepts aligned with BRAVE’s mission and audience.
- Oversee pre‑production, production, and post‑production for original BRAVE+ content.
- Serve as a hands‑on producer, managing creative, timelines, budgets, and delivery milestones.
- Identify high‑potential third‑party content for licensing or acquisition.
- Negotiate licensing agreements and secure streaming rights for BRAVE+.
- Build and maintain relationships with studios, distributors, and content creators.
- Upload and manage all content in Uscreen, including metadata, posters, captions, and SEO descriptions.
- Experience in the film industry is a plus.
- Strategic and creative vision with strong execution skills.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to lead projects end‑to‑end.
- Clear, persuasive communicator across creative, business, and partner contexts.
- High attention to detail and operational excellence.
- Creative problem‑solver who thrives under pressure.
- Team‑first collaborator with cross‑functional leadership ability.
- Adaptable and proactive in a fast‑moving environment.
- Experience in producing original scripted or unscripted video content.
- Background in content acquisition, licensing, or entertainment partnerships.
- Strong understanding of kids and family entertainment trends.
- Familiarity with streaming platforms, CMS tools, and content analytics.
- Passion for faith‑and values‑based storytelling.
