This full‑time Sales Associate will promote and process all Ria products, including money transfers, money orders, foreign currency sales and purchases, and more. The role requires a customer‑focused approach and bilingual Spanish/English communication skills.

• Interact face‑to‑face with customers to receive and process Ria products such as money transfers, money orders, and foreign currency transactions.
• Accurately verify or enter customer information on our systems.
• Assist customers with inquiries such as service cancellations or location questions.
• Identify problems or complaints during queries and propose solutions or elevate to management.
• Keep up to date with Ria products, services and policies.
• Balance the cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit.
• Prepare daily transaction records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by colleagues or superiors.

• Passion for customer service and experience engaging customers in Spanish and English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency using MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule availability including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience handling cash and balancing a register (highly preferable but not required).
• Fast‑paced environment experience (preferable).

• Seated office work; lift up to 15 lbs.
• Frequent face‑to‑face customer interaction.
• Stand, sit, bend as needed; extended periods of work possible.

Hourly rate between $11.00 and $13.50 USD with competitive benefits.
