Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
** We are actively recruiting for a compassionate, patient-centered provider to join a well-respected practice serving the North Houston and Conroe communities for over 28 years. With two thriving clinic locations and a loyal patient base, this is an excellent opportunity for both experienced physicians and new grads ready to begin their careers in one of Texas’ most desirable regions.
** Practice Highlights:
** 1. Outpatient Only | M–F, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM2. Efficient, Team-Based Model | 1.5 MAs per physician + dedicated front desk/referral staff
3. Reasonable Call Schedule | Phone only, one week every 8 weeks (avg. 2–4 calls/week)4. Flexible Appointment Slots | 15/30/45 minutes
5. Patient Volume | Avg. 20–25 patients/day | ~30% Medicare
