Job description:

• Setting:
  Level II Trauma Center in Conroe, TX
  • Standalone ER - higher acuity patients will be stabilized and transferred to main campus
  • 30-40 patients per day
  • EMR:
    Meditech
  • 24 hours of physician coverage
  • 12 hours of APP coverage
  • 7 exam rooms
  • CT, x-ray, ultrasound capabilities
• Schedule:
  
  7a-7p, 7p-7a
• 60-90 days to credential

Required:

• Must be ABEM/AOBEM certified and EM residency-trained
• Must have active and unrestricted DEA
• Must have active TX license
• Must have minimum 2 years of EM experience

Compensation:

• Receive a weekly paycheck
• Travel and lodging expenses covered
• 100% of malpractice insurance covered
