A leading global supplier of drilling products is seeking an entry-level Process Engineer to join their quality assurance team in Conroe, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing manufacturing processes, managing engineering projects, and training staff on new systems and practices. Ideal candidates will have a B.S. in Engineering or an Associate’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, along with knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
