Our Conroe Facility  producesdownholeproducts for drilling activities in North America. Our plant has high demand and is operating 24/7 to produce these products for our customers. To meet the demand for our products, we provide employees with an air-conditioned environment,highly organized and clean
300,000 SQ. ft.fabrication facility, new CNC Machines(Mazak, Mori Sieke, DMG Mori,Weiler, etc.),anda strong safety program designed to ensure our team goes home safe to their families after every shift.

What’s the Job Like? Key Duties Process Development & Optimization
  • Design, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
  • Analyze production workflows to identify and eliminate inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks.
  • Conduct time studies, line balancing, and root cause analyses to improve throughput and reduce costs.
  • Optimize process parameters to improve yield, quality, and equipment utilization.
Equipment & Tooling
  • Specify, design, and validate manufacturing equipment, fixtures, and tooling.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
Continuous Improvement
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Support implementation of 6S, standardized work, and visual management systems.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and create projects that drive improvements in OEE, scrap rate, and cycle time.
Quality & Compliance
  • Develop and maintain process documentation (PFMEA, control plans, work instructions, SOPs).
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to investigate and resolve nonconformances or process deviations (CAPA).
Project Management
  • Manage process engineering projects from concept to completion, including cost and timeline tracking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain on product launches and design changes.
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and process validation documentation.
  • Implement process monitoring and control systems to ensure consistent quality and performance.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to guide process changes and improvements.
Training & Support
  • Train operators and technicians on new equipment, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide technical support for daily production issues and troubleshooting.
  • Serve as a process expert and mentor to junior engineers or interns.
Who’s Going to be Successful in this Job?

Basic Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Engineering/Scientific discipline, or
  • Associates degree in technical discipline with minimum 2-yrs work experience
